- Personal service – if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, email us or contact our customer service on our contact page. We’ll do our very best to help.
- Secure online payment – your ordering and payment details are completely secure and confidential.
- Issue resolution– if you’re not entirely satisfied with your items we would be happy to listen and offer help where we can.
- If any of our corsets do not meet your satisfaction we would be happy to exchange them with a 15% re-stocking fee. We are unable to refund or exchange items that just don’t fit.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of lingerie or Corsets.
- Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging indicating whether you require a full refund or exchange. Due to the nature of our products hosiery cannot be accepted for refund if the item has been used or the package opened.
- Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit. For returns within the UK we suggest that the customer obtains a (free) Certificate of Posting from the Post Office for values up to £28 and by the appropriate Special Delivery Service for higher values.
